To provide quality rehabilitation services to people with disabilities that empowers them to participate independently in their community. Brantley Center, Inc.’s vision is to empower people with disabilities to overcome the barriers that restrict full participation in their community. Training programs focus on encouraging independence in the home, workplace, and community. They also support and assist each participant to access housing, health care, transportation, employment, and education.

Provide high school students and adults with disabilities an opportunity to develop and accomplish goals that result in meaningful competitive employment. Individualized Employment Plans are developed by each client that include choosing their training goals and objectives, and services they would like to receive.

James* came to the Brantley Center five years ago. He had virtually no employable skills and was totally dependent on his guardian. After a thorough job skills evaluation, he began our job readiness program and on the job training. His progress was slow at first, but as his milestones were celebrated he began to feel good about himself and his abilities. Today he is employed as a courtesy clerk at a local supermarket and recently moved into his own apartment. Without the Employment Rehabilitation program he would likely still be unemployed and totally dependent on his guardian.
