Thank you for joining in the relief efforts in Puna!
This file includes two different types of Volunteer Logs and instructions.
Print as many as you need! In the file you will find:
• INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEER LOG – Used for a single individual logging many hours for the same agency or project. Volunteer tracks his or her own hours and calculates an individual total on each sheet.
• GROUP/EVENT VOLUNTEER LOG – Used when many volunteers are working at an event, for example, a food distribution. Each volunteer signs in and out and hours are calculated for each volunteer and totaled at the bottom. Use as many sheets as necessary.
